They showed genuine care by upgrading my room and ensuring daily housekeeping kept everything pristine. I encountered issues with the check-in process that felt disorganized, creating a bit of frustration. The air conditioning unit was slightly noisy at times, which disrupted the peace in the evenings. Despite these setbacks, the hospitality and convenient location made my experience at Reyyan Hotel enjoyable overall.

The Standard Double Room was spacious with a clean bathroom. I loved how well-kept everything was. you could tell housekeeping was on point. The attached bathroom was really nice, making it comfy for our stay. The bed was super cozy, so I slept like a baby! The only bummer was the air conditioning, which was a bit noisy at times. But, seriously, the hospitality from the staff made up for it.
